MY STORY —
I was not broken.
I was just eating in the wrong order.
I am Kisilda. I am 43 years old, and I spent most of my adult life trying diets, losing weight, gaining it back, and starting again. For years, I thought the problem was my willpower.

Always. Before anything else at lunch and dinner. Fiber coats the gut and slows glucose absorption from everything that follows.

💡 What does "clothed" mean? A naked carb, bread alone, banana alone, crackers alone, spikes glucose fast. A clothed carb is the same food paired with fat or protein. Cheese on bread. Nut butter on a banana. Eggs with toast. The coat slows everything down.
